Trump Advisers: "We will back Israeli sovereignty in Judea and Samaria"
A delegation of evangelical leaders affirms unwavering support for Jewish communities in the region during a visit to the Binyamin Regional Council.

A delegation of evangelical leaders who advise the Trump Administration visited the Binyamin Regional Council this week to deepen personal and national ties with Israel. Their visit was a demonstration of unwavering support for Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria, reinforcing their commitment to Israel’s sovereignty in the region.
A key moment of the visit was their stop at the heritage site of Ancient Shiloh, where they explored the biblical significance of the area. The delegation was particularly moved by the Red Heifer project, which has brought cattle from the United States to Israel in accordance with biblical tradition. They prayed at the site, seeking blessings for both Israel and the United States.
The group also toured a strategic lookout point in the community of Psagot, overlooking Ramallah, where they were briefed on the security challenges facing Jewish communities in the region. Later, they visited the Binyamin security center, where they observed firsthand the efforts of local security teams in protecting residents.
Yisrael Ganz, Governor of the Binyamin Regional Council and Chairman of the Yesha Council, accompanied the delegation and stressed the necessity of Israeli sovereignty in Judea and Samaria.
"Applying Israeli sovereignty in this region is essential to securing Israel’s future and protecting Jewish communities. This land is the cradle of Jewish history and the foundation of biblical events. We deeply appreciate the support of our American allies and hope that, under President Trump’s leadership, we can advance this crucial issue for Israel’s security and regional stability," Ganz stated.
Eliana Passentin, International Desk Director for the Binyamin Regional Council, echoed these sentiments, emphasizing the significance of the Trump Administration’s backing.
"These are historic times where the United States is firmly standing with Israel. We have a rare window of opportunity to bring lasting change. America recognizes our right to defensible borders and understands the biblical and historical importance of this land. After years of strained relations with the previous administration, it is heartening to feel such strong support from our American friends. We are truly grateful," she said.
The evangelical delegation reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening ties between Christian communities in the U.S. and Jewish residents of Judea and Samaria.
Tony Perkins, a prominent pastor and American political figure, reflected on the visit, stating:
"What we witnessed today changed our perspective on the realities of this region. The Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria are not only a historical right but also a strategic necessity. We will deliver a clear message to President Trump and his administration: The United States must stand behind Israeli sovereignty in these territories, which are an integral part of our shared Jewish and Christian heritage."
