Sacred mission
Freed hostages to meet Donald Trump: “We’ll sacrfice ourselves until the last one returns home"
Eli Sharabi, Omer Shem Tov, Yair Horn, and Aviva & Keith Siegel to meet with President Trump at the White House, vowing to keep fighting for those still held captive.

U.S. President Donald Trump will meet today (Tuesday) at the White House with former Hamas hostages Omer Shem Tov, Yair Horn, Aviva and Keith Siegel and Eli Sharabi. Trump was very moved upon seeing Channel 12's "Uvda" program which interviewed Eli Sharabi last week.
In an interview with Channel 12 News ahead of their meeting with Trump, captivity survivor Eli Sharabi and his brother Sharon said: "We have the saving of lives before our eyes, we will fight until the end...We are willing to sacrifice ourselves for the sake of bringing everyone back."
Sharon said: "We came here on a mission for the people of Israel, we understand its magnitude. The President is the one capable of making courageous decisions, and those decisions must be made with the hostages back home."
"Our life's mission is to bring everyone home," said Eli and Sharon Sharabi. The people of Israel must breathe again after the trauma of October 7. We see the meeting with Trump as a mission to restore hope to Israel. We hope that God will put the right words in our mouths. We will not disappoint the families of the hostages, the fighters and the entire people of Israel."
Sharon recounted the call his brother received from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu before his departure for Washington: "He congratulated him on his return, even in apologetic language that it was too late. There is no anger in Bali, he said it from the first moment. There is definitely a matter of responsibility, but we are looking forward. There are 59 hostages who need to be brought home, that's our top priority, and it must also be the prime minister's top priority."
