Freed Hamas terrorist indicted again - you won’t believe why!
After serving six life sentences and being released in a hostage deal, a senior Hamas official is back in legal trouble - for a reason no one saw coming.

The police announced this morning (Wednesday) that they had filed an indictment against Ashraf Zaghair, a released arch-terrorist, for a number of traffic offenses he committed on the day of his release as part of the deal.
Zgayer, a Hamas leader in prison, was sentenced to six life sentences after transporting a suicide bomber who carried out the attack on bus No. 4 on Allenby Street in Tel Aviv in September 2002, in which six people were killed and about 60 were wounded.
According to the police statement, in the last hour, the Jerusalem District Traffic Prosecutions Unit filed an indictment against three defendants for their actions on January 25 during the celebrations of the release of a terrorist from Kafr Aqab, also among the defendants.
On the same day, as part of the deal for the release of our hostages from Hamas and the release of Palestinian terrorists from Israeli jails in exchange for this, among them the defendant Ashraf Zaghayer (46), a resident of Kafr Aqab, who was convicted in court for driving the terrorist who carried out the attack on Allenby Street in 2002, in which six people were murdered and dozens were wounded.
After he was released to his neighborhood, a reception was held for him in Kafr Aqab, attended by local residents and members of his family, which included, among other things, waving flags, slowing down traffic and shouting of encouragement in the direction of the released terrorist.
At the same time, the three defendants – the released terrorist and two of his relatives, also residents of East Jerusalem in their 40s – were standing in a car while it was driving, with their bodies outside the car and not wearing their seat belts. In doing so, they actually endangered their safety, well-being and lives in a real way and in violation of the law, and all this was done carelessly while waving their hands to the large crowd standing on the road.
In the ongoing activity of the Jerusalem District together with the Israel Security Agency since the day the demonstration was held, which included expressions of joy while waving Hamas flags and firing firearms in the air, a large number of suspects from Kafr Aqab and East Jerusalem were arrested, and a search was conducted in their possession of Hamas flags, posters, fireworks, a beaded gun, a large sum of money, and more.
