Creative? Yes. Doable? Eh...
Donald Trump's transfer plan: Here's the Palestinian Authority's "creative" response
The Palestinian Authority is reportedly preparing a highly creative and innovative response to Donald Trump's plan to relocate displaced Gazans to other countries.

Palestinian sources speaking with Radio Reshet Bet today (Wednesday) claim that the Palestinian Authority is considering a particularly creative counterproposal to President Donald Trump's idea of relocating the displaced Palestinians in Gaza to other countries.
According to the sources: it will agree to absorb all 2.4 million Gazans in its territory in Judea and Samaria, in exchange for the establishment of a new Arab city and the solidifying of the status of the PLO as the sole representative of the Palestinian people in any negotiation for a future Palestinian state.
The Palestinian Authority has joined with almost all Arab countries such as Jordan, Egypt, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia in condemning Trump's intention to relocate the 2.4 million displaced Gazan civilians as contrary to international law.
However, the PA has also consistently tried and failed to gain assurances of complete control and sovereignty in the Gaza Strip without Hamas, with whom it has fought a number of armed clashes - including the 2007 armed coup in which Hamas forced out PA soldiers or threw them off rooftops.
Neither Hamas nor Israel are interested in the PA returning to the Gaza Strip, each for their own reasons. This creative plan may therefore be an attempt to reassert control over all the Palestinians residing in Judea, Samaria, and Gaza without having to fight a war with the Hamas and other terrorist forces in the Strip.
According to a report by Amit Segal, President Trump is considering sending Palestinians in Gaza to one of three countries - Morocco, Puntland, and Somaliland.
All three are in negotiations with the United States on the matter, and all three need America's diplomatic recognition - either as independent countries in the case of Puntland and Somaliland, or recognition of sovereignty over the western Sahara in the case of Morocco.
