"Our hearts are with the heavy loss of the dear Perel and Koren families. The council’s teams stand by the family and assist in every possible way." The council also included a powerful prayer in their announcement: "Rejoice, O nations, with His people, for He will avenge the blood of His servants and will repay His enemies and will atone for His land, His people."
