Givati soldier severely wounded in northern Gaza combat 

A soldier in the Tzabar Battalion, Givati Brigade, was critically injured on Sunday during intense combat in northern Gaza, the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit reported.

Following the injury, the soldier was promptly evacuated to a hospital for urgent medical treatment. His family has been informed of the incident.

Earlier in the day, the IDF announced that the Israel Air Force (IAF) had carried out a significant operation targeting over 100 terror sites across the Gaza Strip. These strikes, based on precise IDF intelligence, resulted in the elimination of dozens of Hamas operatives over the weekend.

Additionally, the IDF targeted multiple rocket launch sites responsible for recent projectiles fired toward Israel. In line with operational protocols, the strikes were conducted with measures to minimize civilian harm, including the use of advanced munitions, real-time aerial surveillance, and comprehensive intelligence assessments.
