The Israel Police announced a short time ago today (Thursday) that a reported terrorist ramming attack in the Tel Aviv area was in fact criminally motivated. The police asked that people not spread rumors and stick to official statements.

The Police said that they had received a report of a fight breaking out in the Kfar Shalem area of Tel Aviv. Officers from the nearby station then arrived on the scene, separated the two, arrested the tractor driver, a resident of Haifa who may have used his tractor to hit people, and took him in for interrogation.

Three lightly wounded individuals were then evacuated for medical treatment, according to medical sources.
