Since October 7th, many documents that were in the hands of Hamas militants have been published, such as a map of the settlements, routes to Ashdod, and other materials they used during the raid.

Channel 12 News has obtained information that Hamas possessed a sensitive document detailing regional security coordinators and emergency response teams near Gaza. The report will air tonight (Monday).

According to the report, over a long period, the Gaza terrorist organization collected details and closely monitored well-known individuals in the southern region, including Ofir Libstein, of blessed memory, who served as the head of the Sha'ar HaNegev Regional Council and was killed while fighting against the terrorists in Kibbutz Nahal Oz. There was also access to cameras in the surrounding areas.

Additionally, there was information about the team's power structure, including roles and phone numbers. A detailed explanation of how to activate the "emergency procedure," including the routes of the rescue teams. Also, focused surveillance of the late Shahar Aviani, former squad leader of Kibbutz Kfar Aza, and the interception and monitoring of the communication networks of the team members.
