The IDF eliminated over a hundred terrorists in carefully laid ambushes throughout the northern Gaza Strip last night (Sunday/Monday), according to Channel 14 reporter Hallel Bitton Rosen.

According to Rosen, the 401st eliminated 65 terrorists, Givati eliminated 24, the Multidimensional unit eliminated 12, and the Kfir Brigade eliminated 5, adding up to 106 terrorists eliminated overnight by the 162nd Division.

The IDF now controls about 30% of the Gaza Strip and seeks to increase pressure on Hamas to agree to a hostage deal through intensified operations throughout the Gaza Strip.

To that end, IDF Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi is set to approve plans and redeployments of additional forces from the north and the Syria area to the Gaza Strip to increase the pressure on Hamas.
