The IDF struck terrorists attached to the Shejaiya Hamas aerial defense array in a targeted and intelligence based strike a short time ago today (Sunday).

The terrorists were based in a command and control center established in a structure that once served as the al-Wafa hospital in the area of the city of Gaza and which no longer serves as an active healthcare center.

The compound was used by terrorists to plan and execute terrorist attacks against IDF forces in the immediate future, according to the IDF.

The IDF said it took a number of steps to reduce the possibility of civilian casualties, including the use of precise weaponry, overflights, and additional intelligence information.
