Staff Sergeant Netanel Pessach, who was killed during combat operations in northern Gaza yesterday (Monday), will be laid to rest today at 12:00 PM at the military cemetery in Kfar Etzion. Pessach, 20, was a resident of the West Bank settlement of Elazar.

The incident occurred during a mission when members of the IDF's Shimshon Battalion (Kfir Brigade) encountered hostile forces who detonated an explosive device. The explosion claimed the lives of three Israeli soldiers - an officer and two combat soldiers, including Pesach.

The Gush Etzion Regional Council has extended an invitation to the public to attend the funeral service.
