Following last night's (Friday to Saturday) missile attack on Tel Aviv by the Houthis, Sources in Yemen claim that the Houthis have secretly issued instructions to senior members of the organization requesting movement restrictions and camouflage movement, for fear that they have been marked as targets for assassination.
Dozens were lightly injured and extensive damage was caused to property in southern Jaffa, following a missile launched last night (between Friday and Saturday) from Yemen and not intercepted by the Israeli Air Force.
This is the second attack carried out by the Houthis in a short period of time towards Israel, following the attack that took place on the night between Wednesday and Thursday, following which a school building in Ramat Gan collapsed from a shrapnel hit.
The Houthi spokesman announced this morning that the Yemeni army had launched a "Palestine 2" hypersonic ballistic missile at an Israeli military target in Jaffa.
In addition, Saudi Arabia's Al-Hadath reported that after warnings received from Israel, dozens of Houthi political and military leaders left Yemen's capital, Sana'a, and settled in other areas of Yemen, including Saada, Hajja, Amran, and Hodeidah.
Yemeni political commentator Mani Al-Matri was interviewed by the Saudi Al-Hadath TV channel, and during the interview, the commentator referred to the dramatic escalation and the increase in attacks between Israel and the Houthis. He went on to mention how he believes Israel plans to deal with the threat from the east.
At the beginning of his remarks, he said: "I think Israel wants to repeat what it did in Lebanon with Hezbollah, from the killing of the first echelon of the military leadership, especially the Houthis. The Houthis fled from peace in Yemen to a propaganda war to serve Iran and try to mobilize the street within the Houthis, a street that identifies with Palestine and the Palestinian cause, and now they may pay a heavy price for this behavior and for entering this dangerous adventure that even harms the interests of the Yemenis and the infrastructure."
