Yesterday, several Arab media outlets reported footage of Israeli tanks rushing through southern Syria towards the Yarmouk Dam. According to footage published by Hezbollah's Al-Manar network, Israeli tanks were seen traveling in the Syria-Jordan border area in the town of Quya, continuing from there towards the Al-Wahda Dam, which stores the Yarmouk River's waters – about ten kilometers from Israel's current border line. The Daraa and southwestern Syria area has been in the hands of the Syrian rebel since before the fall of Assad's rule.
