Hamas: Positive Negotiations Underway, Ceasefire and Prisoner Swap Possible Soon

Hamas optimistic about hostage agreement, urges Israel to drop new conditions

Hamas announces: "Positive negotiations, chance for an agreement soon." Amid reports that the Prime Minister is currently working on finalizing the hostage deal, Hamas stated that the negotiations are continuing to progress and that there is a good chance of reaching an agreement soon.

The terrorist organization Hamas announces that the negotiations for a hostage deal are continuing to progress towards an agreement, but also qualifies the optimism.

From the terrorist organization: "The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas confirms that in light of the serious and positive discussions taking place today in Doha under the auspices of the Qatari and Egyptian mediators, an agreement on a ceasefire and prisoner exchange may be possible if the occupation stops setting new conditions."

This is another "optimistic" message from Hamas, following a series of what seem to be significant concessions by the terrorist organization in negotiations, which, according to foreign reports, came as a result of the terrorist organization's understanding that their days in control of the Strip are numbered.
