About three weeks after the ceasefire agreement came into effect, the IDF is summarizing the activities of Division 91 in Lebanon.
According to an IDF spokesperson's statement, the division's forces have operated in the past few months in about 10 different areas along the rural front line and in Hezbollah terror complexes in the Litani and Saluki regions of southern Lebanon.
In operations in the area, many capabilities and means used by the enemy for terrorist activities over the past year have been confiscated. So far, the division's forces have identified and seized over 10,000 weapons and military equipment, attacked over 1,000 Hezbollah targets, and destroyed numerous terrorist infrastructures above and below ground.
In the IDF, it is noted that the division forces are operating in accordance with the understandings between Israel and Lebanon, while maintaining the terms of the ceasefire. Currently, the forces are deployed in the southern Lebanon area and are acting against any threat to the State of Israel and its citizens using observation means, fire cover, and additional capabilities to eliminate threats in the sector.
