Middle East and disinformation researcher Andrew Fox released a report today (Saturday) via the British Telegraph, showing significant and perhaps fatal discrepancies between the breakdown of Palestinian casualties between the Hamas-run Ministry of Health and other available data.
According to the report, comparisons of the numbers of men, women, and children reported by the Hamas-run Ministry of Health to family death notices, hospital discharges, and other information shows that the ministry reclassified many men as women and many adults as children, skewing the numbers.
While the Hamas-run Ministry of Health insists just a fourth of those killed in IDF attacks were men of military age, the numbers from hospital registrations, family notices, and other sources point to men of military age being about 50% of those killed in the fighting - a 1:1 ratio unheard of in urban warfare.
The report further noted that the Hamas-run Ministry of Health also included many Palestinians who died of natural - not combat-caused - causes, thus further artificially inflating the death count in the IDF's disfavor.
In examining the casualty data presented by the mainstream media outlets around the world, the report noted that these overwhelmingly reported Hamas-run Ministry of Health data without any criticism or caveats, while few mentioned the IDF's estimate of killed Hamas operatives, which now stands at 17,000 plus.
