The U.S. aid organization, the World's Central Kitchen, has fired 62 employees from the Gaza Strip for their support and ties to terrorist organizations, including Hamas, Reuters reported on Wednesday.

In a message sent by the organization to its employees, it was reported that changes were made in the workforce following an Israeli demand. However, the organization noted that it did not independently verify the allegations.

One of the organization's employees, Ahed Azmi Kodih, participated in its attack on October 7, 2023, in which more than 1,200 people were killed and more than 250 were kidnapped. Kodih was killed in an air force strike in Gaza about a month ago.

Similarly, last August, nine employees of UNRWA, the United Nations Refugee Agency, were fired for their involvement in the October 7 massacre.
