'Walla' reported on the disaster in Morocco: The five Hasidim who were killed are part of a community centred around Rabbi Jan from Ukraine, which also has a branch in Safed. They travelled through desert terrain, and a few hours after the group reached their destination, the other travellers noticed that the passengers of one vehicle were missing. At this stage, the followers began searching and requested the assistance of the local police and authorities. After a few hours, the deceased were located. There are no more injured. Only the dead.
