Iran decided to postpone the attack on Israel due to Donald Trump's election as President of the United States. Iranian officials who spoke with the New York Times confirmed the report and explained that the elected President of the United States, Donald Trump, is considered "unpredictable and dangerous for Iran," as they put it.

Additionally, the Iranian officials did not rule out a significant change in Iran's nuclear policy due to the fear of a decision by Israel and the United States to attack the nuclear facilities.

Let us remind you that just a few days ago, Ali Larijani, an advisor to Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, said that his country continues to prepare for an attack on Israel and is examining several scenarios.

According to Larijani: "Iran is preparing a response against Israel, senior military officials are preparing several military options."
