Ichilov Hospital bade a fond farewell to Alan, who was seriously injured when Hezbollah murdered 12 Druze children who were playing soccer on a beautiful Shabbat afternoon.
In a moving post Instagram post, they said: "Alan, our brave hero who was severely injured in the soccer field accident at Majdal Shams, was discharged today from Dana-Dwek Children's Hospital after a series of surgeries and lengthy rehabilitation. He's now standing on his own two feet and nearly ready to return to the playing field.
Alan and his amazing family touched all of our hearts. He courageously faced a severe and complex injury, proving to us that with strong willpower and a little faith, anything is possible.
Alan, our dear boy, we will always love you and already miss you!"
