Early Sunday morning, sirens sounded in central and northern Israel as a barrage of six rockets was fired from Lebanon. The alarms were heard in areas including Dan, Sharon, and Menashe, as well as parts of northern Israel.

The IDF reported, “Six projectiles were identified crossing from Lebanon into Israeli territory. Five were intercepted by the IAF, while one landed in an open area.” Fortunately, no casualties have been reported.

Earlier in the morning, multiple UAVs also infiltrated Israeli airspace from Lebanon, prompting alarms in the Western, Upper, and Central Galilee areas between 6:15 a.m. and 06:56 a.m. The IDF confirmed, “Two UAVs were intercepted, with additional interception attempts made.” The incident concluded without injuries.

The attacks mark a significant escalation in cross-border hostilities, with Israel’s air defenses effectively countering both the rocket and UAV threats. Investigations into the incidents are ongoing.
