A huge crowd celebrated the inauguration of the Yeshuot Moshe beit midrash belonging to the Vizhnitz court in Elad. It was headed by the Vizhnitz Rebbe, who took the trouble to come and stay in the city even before Shabbat and held Shabbat especially for the members of the community in the new court hall.
A mezuzah ceremony at the entrance to the beit midrash hall took place on the eve of Shabbat, with a special ceremony for the city's residents only.
Also in attendance was Yisrael Frosh, former mayor of Elad, who stood by the members of the community with help and guidance for the construction of the beit midrash.
On Sunday, the main ceremony was held, with the participation of all the Vizhnitz Hasidim and masses of the city's residents. With the Rebbe's honorable appearance, the Hasidim began singing "Shehechayanu", followed by singing melodies full of emotion at the end of which he fixed the mezuzah at the gates of the building.
Afterwards, the main ceremony was held in the hall of the adjacent municipal auditorium and visible to the beit midrash, headed by the Vizhnitz Rebbe, with all the city's rabbis from all communities and sectors participating: heads of yeshivas and rebbeim, city officials and city leaders, the devoted mayor Rabbi Yehuda Butbul and his faithful assistant Rabbi Moti Bar.
