Under incessant fire from rockets, anti-tank missiles and drones in the Upper Galilee, the GG (Galil-Golan) company, an affiliate of the Galilee Development Company continues to work the Huleh Valley.

Now, it is planting the winter crops, including some 45,000 dunams of wheat. The Galilee Development Company says that the Huleh Valley is fertile and that the land is appropriate for winter crops.

The IDF has been working together with farming settlements and farming companies to try and ensure seeds are planted and the harvest is sown, even in areas considered off limits to civilians due to the danger from Hezbollah projectiles and attacks.

The danger is real: farmers and foreign workers working the fields have been injured from Hezbollah attacks all throughout the war, despite multiple precautionary measures.
