The IDF has released new details today (Tuesday) regarding operations to degrade and destroy Hezbollah's formidable arsenal of rockets and missiles.

According to the IDF, Israel built up a very detailed intelligence picture regarding where Hezbollah was producing the storing its missiles and rockets, including in civilian areas and buildings containing dozens of families.

The IDF has now destroyed most of the missile production and storage facilities underneath the Dahiyeh, a Hezbollah stronghold and suburb of Beirut.

According to earlier reports, Hezbollah's missile and rocket arsenal has been reduced by 80% through use but also primarily through similar targeted Israeli air strikes throughout Lebanon.

However, Hezbollah still has thousands of short-range rockets which are causing damage and killing and wounding Israelis, even today.
