Documentation: IDF eliminated the artillery commander of Marjaayoun

IDF forces identified and attacked the Hezbollah artillery commander in the Blida area, who was eliminated at one of Hezbollah's main command posts in the region.

Operation "Northern Arrows": The IDF Spokesperson published today (Monday) footage of the activities of the Combat Intelligence Collection Unit of Division 91, Unit 869, which identified and eliminated the Hezbollah artillery commander in the Bledah area – while he was firing anti-tank missiles towards Israel.

According to an IDF spokesperson, "The unit has been operating in recent weeks to gather intelligence from the field and monitor the identification of terrorism and terrorists, as part of providing support to the manoeuvring forces and through dedicated collection teams operating within Lebanese territory. So far, under the guidance of the unit's observers and collection fighters, dozens of terrorist infrastructures, underground infrastructures, launchers, military structures, and many identified, implicated, and monitored terrorists have been eliminated by the forces."

It was also stated that "in a targeted assassination, the unit's observers identified a terrorist who served as the artillery commander of the Blida area, conducting anti-tank fire towards the territory of the country. In a swift closure of the circle, the terrorist was eliminated at one of Hezbollah's central command posts in the area."
