Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said today (Sunday) that in recent days he had spoken three times with President-elect Donald Trump, stressing that "these were very good and important talks. Talks designed to further strengthen the strong alliance between Israel and the United States."
"We see eye to eye on the Iranian threat in all its aspects, and the danger it poses," he added, "We also see the great opportunities facing Israel, in the area of peace and its expansion, and in other areas."
Meanwhile, Netanyahu also referred to the pogrom in Amsterdam: "A clear line connects two anti-Semitic attacks against Israel that we have recently seen on Dutch soil: the criminal legal attack against the State of Israel at the International Criminal Court in The Hague, and the criminal violent attack against Israeli citizens in the streets of Amsterdam.
