Despite the elimination of senior Hezbollah officials, many of whom were responsible for firing rockets at Israel, in recent weeks we have witnessed an increase in the amount of fire from Lebanon towards Israeli cities.
According to a report by Roi Kais on Kan News, following the elimination of many Hezbollah units by Israel, the "Badr" unit of Hezbollah's Southern Command has become dominant in launching rockets at Israel. According to the report, the thinning of Hezbollah's security leadership has led to the "Badr" unit in Hezbollah's southern command, responsible for the area north of the Litani, becoming more dominant.
Israel also significantly impacted the fire capabilities of the "Badr" unit, but its ability to launch rockets is better compared to the other units in the Southern Command.
Additionally, unlike the other two units, the commander of the "Badr" unit, Abu Ali Reza, has not yet been eliminated. The great distance of the ground maneuver in Lebanon, far from the operational area of the "Badr" unit, makes it significant these days, while the personnel of the "Nasr" and "Aziz" units are being pushed back.
