Although one elderly man was wounded during the first barrage, no other casualties have been reported at this point.


Within two and a half hours, dozens of rockets were fired toward Haifa, Acre, and the Krayot region. An 85-year-old man was lightly injured in the first barrage. No casualties were reported in the subsequent attacks.
At 1:48pm, air raid sirens were heard in Acre, the Krayot, and many Western Galilee communities.

The IDF Spokesperson announced: "Following alerts activated between 1:41-1:54pm in the Western and Upper Galilee, approximately 40 launches were identified crossing from Lebanon. Some were intercepted, impacts were identified."
At 3:03pm, sirens again sounded in Talmei Elazar near Hadera, in Haifa city, and in many communities in the Hof HaCarmel Regional Council. The IDF reported that "several launches were identified crossing from Lebanon. Some were intercepted, others fell in open areas."
At 4:15pm, a third rocket barrage was fired toward Haifa city, the Krayot, Acre, and additional Western Galilee communities. Magen David Adom reported no casualties so far, however initial reports indicate a direct hit in Kiryat Yam.
Yesterday, Sivan Sadeh z"l, an 18-year-old resident of Kfar Masaryk, was killed in the kibbutz fields while working in the agricultural area. When sirens sounded, Sadeh ran to take shelter but was directly hit by a rocket fired from Lebanon and was killed on the spot.
