Following the shooting earlier today (Thursday) at the Gaza envelope, the IDF Spokesperson's Office in Arabic issued an evacuation notice to residents of the northern Gaza Strip in the neighborhoods of al-Nasser, Abd al-Rahman and the city of al-Odeh, located along the Mediterranean coast, between al-Shati and al-Atara camps.

"The terrorist organizations are once again firing rockets at the State of Israel. The marked area has been warned several times before. We inform you that the marked area is considered a dangerous battle zone. For your safety, please move south immediately," the evacuation notice read.

As stated, earlier today one rocket was fired from the Gaza Strip and set off an alarm in Netiv Ha'asara. The IDF said that "the air force intercepted one launch that crossed from the Gaza Strip."
