Israel is at war today, day 396. A foreign worker was killed by a rocket in a field near the village of Masaryk, likely part of a barrage fired by Hezbollah from Lebanon at 18:04 towards Akko and the Krayot.
Magen David Adom reported: "At 19:11, a report was received about an injured man, unconscious in an agricultural area near the village of Masaryk. MDA paramedics and medics report a man in his 40s (foreign worker) with severe shrapnel injuries and pronounce him dead.
MDA medic Netanel Ben Yehuda recounted: "We were led to the scene by a farmer who works in the area." We saw the injured person lying in the field, unconscious with severe shrapnel wounds on his body. We performed medical tests on him, but he had no pulse and no breath, with fatal wounds on his body, and we had no choice but to pronounce him dead.
