Watch:
An additional 30 rockets were reported launched at Israel some two hours later, some of which were intercepted and some of which landed in open areas.
Magen David Adom reported no casualties from either salvo.
Israeli sources speaking to Kann News yesterday said that they were optimistic that a ceasefire deal could be secured with Hezbollah within no more than two weeks.
Prime Minister Netanyahu said that his three terms for any such agreement were a complete withdrawal of Hezbollah beyond the Litani River, an IDF blockade on Hezbollah rearmament and resupply, and a free hand in striking Hezbollah for any attack against Israel and Israeli forces.
