Body of terrorist from todays ramming attack to undergo autopsy

The police determined a few hours ago that the mass vehicular attack in Glilot will be investigated as a terrorist act, but after the family's claims of a medical issue, they sent the body for an autopsy despite the very low likelihood of it being necessary.

After the family's claims: The body of the terrorist will be sent for an autopsy following his ramming attack injuring dozens of Israelis earlier today.

This comes after the family claimed he suffered from a collection of health issues, the Israeli police decided to send the body of the driver who committed the horrific attack in Glilot for an autopsy.

After the identity of the driver from the Glilot Junction was revealed, and it was determined that it was likely a terror attack, the family of the driver, Rami Nator, approached police and insisted that the driver suffered from numerous health issues, which caused him to lose control of the truck and collide with dozens of people waiting at the Glilot station.

After a discussion, the police decided to investigate the family's claims and ordered the hit-and-run driver's body to be sent for an autopsy at Abu Kabir, where the medical teams will determine the cause of death and whether it had any impact on the chain of events that led to the terrible accident.

Nevertheless, the police stated that the incident in which about 40 civilians were injured to varying degrees and the killing of one person so far is still being investigated as a terrorist attack, and that the chances are very slim that a medical loss of control caused the precise collision of the truck with the bus station at the Glilot interchange.
