Donald Trump has taken the lead over Kamala Harris in the TIPP daily tracking poll, and is now ahead of the Democratic candidate 49-47.

The gap had been steadily closing over the last few days, but today (Sunday) was the first time that Donald Trump led outright.

Meanwhile, the Atlas Intel polling firm suggests Trump will not only win the electoral vote but also the popular vote, 50.7-47.6.

Election guru Nate Silver also has Trump possessing a slight edge in the odds of winning the election, 51.6-48.1.
