An analysis by the Israel Alma Center of publicly available IDF footage and photographs of captured Hezbollah weapons in Lebanon reveals the terrorist group's arsenal to be quite new, up to date, and extensive.
The Alma Center said that "many of the weapons are in new condition and have been manufactured in recent years and that it originate from different countries."
These include Spanish artillery shells, Russian Kornet anti-tank systems and ground-to-air missiles, the Iranian made Tharallah anti-tank system, and American made Mk-19 grenade launchers and M-40 recoilless rifles (the origin of these last has not been publicly determined).
