The mayor of Umm al-Fahm, Dr. Samir Subhi, addressed the attack in Hadera, carried out by a resident of his city, Ahmad Jabareen (36), and said: "We strongly condemn the incident and reject such actions that do not represent us. A large number of Umm al-Fahm residents visit Hadera daily, and the same goes for Hadera residents who visit us. We need to maintain the fabric of the relationship and cooperation between the two."
We remind you that earlier today, a stabbing attack occurred in several locations in Hadera, in which 6 people were injured in critical, serious, and moderate condition. Large forces of Magen David Adom were immediately dispatched to the scene in ambulances and intensive care units, as well as MDA responders on motorcycles, who scanned the sites, provided medical treatment to the injured, and evacuated them to Hillel Yaffe Hospital. Among them were: 1 in critical condition, 1 in serious condition, and 4 in moderate condition, all men aged between 50 and 70 suffering from stab wounds. MDA emergency medical technician Vicky Kelly from the MDA motorcycle unit: "This is a complex event spread over several sites."
We deployed large MDA forces and scanned the sites where the MDA dispatch center reported casualties, treating several injured individuals with various degrees of injuries, some of them in serious condition. During the medical treatment, it became clear to us that the terrorist had not yet been neutralized and was nearby. Despite the danger, we knew we had to provide medical care to the injured, we treated them, and we began to evacuate them quickly to Hillel Yaffe Hospital.
