Nine people were wounded following Hezbollah's overnight (Sunday to Monday) rocket attack in northern Israel, with eight injuries reported in Haifa and one in Tiberias.
The eight Haifa victims were evacuated to Rambam Health Care Campus. Among them, a 13-year-old sustained light injuries, and two others suffered moderate wounds from shattered glass. Three more were lightly injured by broken glass, while two were hurt while trying to reach a protected area. Another person was treated for anxiety.
In Tiberias, a 22-year-old was severely injured by shrapnel and taken to the Tzafon Medical Center.
The attack included around 20 rockets crossing into Israeli territory. Despite interception efforts, some rockets hit sites in the Carmel and Gulf areas, with one striking a restaurant in Haifa.
Following initial impacts, an additional 15 rockets were launched into the Upper Galilee, with several successful hits despite some interceptions, according to military reports.
