Yisrael Beiteinu Party Chairman MK Avigdor Lieberman addressed the ground operation in southern Lebanon on Sunday in a video posted on TikTok, saying that before another ground maneuver, the lessons must be learned from past disasters that occurred in the Gaza Strip and caused the killing of our soldiers.

"Before our soldiers physically enter southern Lebanon, we must understand that all the villages on the line of contact, such as Kafr Kila or Kafr Adisa, are booby-trapped with mines and tunnels," Lieberman said, adding that these villages must first be leveled and flattened from above by the air force and only then allow our soldiers to enter.

According to him, there are no non-involved civilians left in southern Lebanon. "Everyone who remains in these places are all Hezbollah operatives," Lieberman claimed. Lieberman's statements apparently follow reports that Israel is preparing for an IDF ground operation in Lebanon.
