Sde Teiman Case: Court Rules to Ease Conditions for Arrested Soldiers
The military court ruled to relax the house arrest conditions for five soldiers involved in the Sde Teiman case, who are suspected of harming a terrorist.

A development in the Sde Teiman case: the court has ordered an easing of the arrest conditions for the soldiers and has removed the requirement for human supervision. The next step being considered by the defense is to allow the detainees to celebrate the upcoming Jewish holidays with their families.
It is recalled that about a month ago, the soldiers were released from military detention after being held for approximately two months, and since then, they have been under nightly house arrest. Following their release, attorneys Adi Kidar and Nati Rom from the Honenu organization, representing some of the soldiers, requested that they be allowed to return to work due to the conclusion of the investigation, and the court granted their request.
In light of the decision, the attorneys from Honenu will now seek to allow the soldiers to leave their detention in order to celebrate the Jewish holidays with their families. Attorney Adi Kidar stated: "We welcome the decision and will continue to work towards a complete cancellation of the release conditions."
