The Lebanese Health Minister provided an update a short time ago (Tuesday) on the number of Hezbollah terrorists killed and wounded from the mass explosion of pagers.

According to the update, reported by Israel Hayom, the number of dead has now risen to 11. 4,000 are wounded including 400 seriously. The Saudi al-Hadath network reports that some 500 Hezbollah terrorists lost their eye from the explosions and many others suffered wounds to their face and abdomen.

A short time ago, US State Department Spokesperson Matthew Miller said that the United States was neither involved nor aware of the incident involving the mass explosion of Hezbollah pagers in Lebanon, wounding thousands and killing at least ten.

Miller said the United States was still "gathering information" and that they do not have any assessment to offer "one way or another" regarding culpability in the attack. He also said that the United States still wants to see the northern war resolved diplomatically.
