A man was critically wounded on Wednesday afternoon in an anti-tank missile strike targeting Kibbutz Dan in northern Israel.

The strike occurred without a prior siren warning, catching residents by surprise.

IDF and rescue teams quickly arrived at the scene to provide aid. In response, the IDF retaliated with artillery fire.

This follows a heavy barrage of rocket fire launched by Hezbollah from Lebanon on Tuesday, with the IDF confirming at least 45 projectiles crossing into northern Israel.
