The IDF continues to operate in the Rafah area and central Gaza Strip, continuing to destroy terrorist infrastructure, seize weapons, and eliminate terrorists.

Among the terrorists recently eliminated is Raef Omar Salman Abu Shab, commander of a rocket unit in Hamas' eastern Khan Yunis battalion. Abu Shab was responsible for rocket fire at central and southern Israel from Khan Yunis from the start of the war.

The IDF also struck some 25 terror targets from the air, including terrorist squads, military structures, and military infrastructures.
