Today (Tuesday), the opposition demanded a special convening of the Knesset plenum following the murder of the six hostages.

The chairman of the opposition factions in the Knesset appealed urgently to the government and coalition, demanding that the Knesset plenum be immediately convened for an emergency discussion following the murder of the six hostages last week.

Opposition members secured the signatures of the necessary 25 MKs in order to officially demand an emergency plenum meeting during recess.

The discussion will take place next Monday, September 9.
