An Israeli security source speaking to Sky News in Arabic today (Tuesday) said that both the PA and Israel are concerned about a possible October 7-style attack against one of the settlements in Judea and Samaria or within Israel, or a large-scale bombing.

According to the source, Iran has ramped up its efforts to turn the region into a "true battlefield," and while the focus of Israel's efforts is currently in northern Judea and Samaria with the large scale operation in Jenin, the country is also keeping watch on the south of the region.

Foreign Minister Katz has repeatdly noted Iran's efforts to turn Judea and Samaria into a new front in the war against Israel in his posts on X, warning in an August 31 post that "the world must wake up and stop the Iranian octopus before it's too late."
