The IDF says that it carried out a careful, targeted strike on a command and control center established by Hamas terrorists within the area of the Safad school in Gaza City a short time ago (Sunday).

The targeted area was used to coordinate attacks on IDF soldiers and the State of Israel.

The IDF said it took a number of steps to avoid civilian casualties, including overflights, precise weaponry, and additional intelligence information.
