A short time ago (Sunday), Prime Minister Netanyahu spoke on the phone with the father of Alexander Lobanov, one of the six hostages murdered in Rafah before the IDF could rescue them.

The Prime Minister said that he was calling to apologize and ask for forgiveness for failing to being him back alive. Netanyahu plans to speak to the families of the other hostages soon.'
