IDF restores humanitarian status to areas following IDF operation against Hamas

After reducing part of the humanitarian zone due to Hamas terrorist activity there, the IDF has now restored and reexpanded it.

The IDF Spokesperson in Arabic announced today (Friday) on X that parts of the humanitarian zone which had been reduced due to Hamas terrorist activity, have now been returned to their previous status, and residents can return there.

In his statement, the Spokesperson said that "To the residents and displaced persons in Blocks 36, 2356, the northern part of Block 89, and the neighborhoods of Hamad, Al-Jalaa, and Al-Qarara. After the IDF's activities against terrorist organizations in the area, you can return to these blocks."
