The Lebanese channel Al-Mayadeen, which is close to Hezbollah, reports from "reliable sources" that despite Israeli censorship, Hezbollah received confirmation that the drone strike on the Glilot base was entirely successful.
Hezbollah asserted that six drones penetrated the air defense shield and precisely hit their targets at Base 8200.
They also claimed that following the attack, Israeli security forces imposed a security cordon on the Glilot area for several hours, preventing civilians and soldiers from approaching the base within a several-kilometer radius.
According to the sources: "Hezbollah’s operation succeeded, even though Israel is concealing it."
In his post-attack speech, Hassan Nasrallah said that based on the results and success of the attack, they would decide whether this concludes their response to the assassination of the organization’s chief of staff, Fuad Shukr, or if further action would be taken.
It should be noted that Hezbollah planned to launch a missile attack on Tel Aviv at 05:00 on the day before, but an Israeli preemptive strike thwarted the plan, destroying all launchers in the Israeli attack.
