BREAKING: Hostage rescued by IDF from Gaza Strip

Qaid Farhan al-Qadi, 52, from Rahat was freed by IDF special forces in a complex operation in the southern Gaza Strip.

The IDF and ISA issued a joint statement today (Tuesday) saying that Qaid Farhan al-Qadi, 52, from Rahat was freed by IDF special forces in a complex operation in the southern Gaza Strip.

The operation involved forces from Shayetet 13, the 401st Brigade, the Yahalom combat engineering unit, and members of the Shin Bet.

Al-Qadi is reportedly in good health.

Additional information is being withheld for the safety of the hostages and IDF forces.
