Reuters' biased reporting: Omits key details in Palestinian death report

Headline skips over stone-throwing incident and fails to mention terrorist links.

Reuters published tonight (between Monday and Tuesday) as its main headline: "Settlers shot a Palestinian, and five more Palestinians were killed in an airstrike." They just forgot to mention the context - the Palestinian was killed by reserve forces after there were stones thrown at the place and potentially live fire was fired at the forces.

In the entire article this basic information was not mentioned, and yet Reuters calls itself a reputable news site. The second half of the title is also completely misleading. The reader who does not go into the details of the report may think that the IDF just brutally killed five Palestinian civilians.

Only deep in the article does the IDF's claim appear that the attack in Nur-e-Shams, in which five terrorists were killed, was carried out on the operational center of the refugee camp".
