Doron Kadosh, military correspondent for IDF Radio, released a video featuring Colonel Moshe Pasel, the new commander of the Alexandroni Brigade. This comes after an officer from the same brigade, identified as Mental Health Officer Adi Angert, allegedly referred to Religious Zionism as a "death-eater cult" and accused her commander of encouraging "genocide."
In a social media post, Kadosh addressed Angert directly: "Meet your new brigade commander – Colonel Moshe Pasel, an Israeli hero." He then shared a video of Pasel, which Kadosh had filmed in January at Kibbutz Kissufim.
The video, according to Kadosh, shows Pasel during his rehabilitation after being critically wounded while commanding the Egoz unit in Kissufim. Kadosh noted that Pasel later returned to lead his unit in battles in Khan Yunis and Rafah.
"This minute and a quarter tells only a tiny part, but I think it allows us to learn a bit about the bravery of this courageous commander, who with his own body, physically, saved the lives of many Kissufim residents," Kadosh stated.
The correspondent concluded his post by challenging Angert to watch the video, stating, "You should see the man you're about to face for a hearing after you said he encourages genocide, and after you called an entire sector of the Israeli people a 'death-eater cult'. Look at him and be ashamed."
